Suppliers were directed to email orders and invoices to designated IMAP inboxes. Our system monitored these inboxes and routed incoming documents based on:

· File type (PDF, XML, CSV, Excel)

· Supplier identity or sender rules

· Destination ERP module

2. Automated Document Conversion

Using our intelligent mapping engine, we enabled:

· Order Format Conversion: PDF, XML, or CSV orders were converted into BISV3 format for seamless ERP ingestion.

· Invoice Format Conversion: Supplier invoices were automatically transformed into Finvoice format to meet Orkla’s finance system standards.
