2. Excel/PDF to IDoc Format Conversion

Many documents—including invoices—arrived in PDF and Excel formats. These were converted into the IDoc format, a standardized structure that supports integration with ERP systems and trading partner networks. 

This process enabled:

  • Fast, accurate data extraction
